Crispin: The End Of Time (2000) - Plot & Excerpts

It's been two or three weeks now since I finished this book and the series. If this story sticks with me much longer I'll be coming back and raising the ratings. The third book seemed to enhance the enjoyment of the whole series for me. Very good story; very well conceived and written. It's emotionally accessible to the younger reader but doesn't sacrifice any of the feel for the history and living in the time. The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle and the Crispin series have made me add some more of Avi's work to a couple wish/purchase lists and I'm looking forward to them. This book was much better than i thought it would be. The story plot was entirely unpredictable, especially based on the previous books in the crispin series. Honestly, the book before this one disappointed me and so naturally i expected this one to be like it and wasn't too excited, but i was surprised. His book was full of suspense and emotion. Though, the beginning was a little slow, it could be justified because there was necessary character development. If you stuck through the whole series, this last book is definitely a sufficient ending.

What do You think about Crispin: The End Of Time (2000)?

This final book in the trilogy did not disappoint. These are ones I'd reread a couple times.
