Antoine återvänder efter många år till familjens semesterresmål tillsammans med sin syster och börjar nysta i mammans död. En välskriven och finurlig roman där sidorna tycks vända sig av sig självt. Fin-fina personskildringar, flyt i berättandet och en spännande story som inte riktigt landar där man tror att den ska göra det. Jag känner att jag bums måste leta upp fler böcker av de Rosnay! I know this book didn't get good reviews; but I really, really enjoyed it. From the first chapter, it offered me plenty of suspense to keep me turning the pages and wanting to know the mystery of what happened. I loved the plot line and the various levels and issues of the story. The whole premise of the book had me enthralled. And I thought the 'secret kept,' once revealed, was just as intriguing as the rest of the book.
