Let me first say that I'm a huge fan of ABC's "Once Upon A Time." and after seeing this at Barnes and Noble I decided to pick this up! I read reviews of this book on Amazon and there was nothing but positive things about the book. I finished this in about 30-40 minutes and Loved it! *SPOILER*The book is focused on the second time The Evil Queen has the Huntsman try to kill Snow White, the first time around he tricks the Evil Queen into thinking he killed Snow, and after the queen learns the truth she takes his heart and it leads up to this.The only complaint I have about is that I wished this book was longer! I didn't want to stop reading, I hope more books will come out soon! I wasn't as impressed with this story as I have been with the ABC/Disney show. It may have been that it has been so long since Regina has been really evil, or that I couldn't remember the huntsman very well (just that he was gorgeous!). Red and Snow weren't reperesented terribly well, either. I felt their characters were very flat. I also couldn't make the mental connection between the queen in the story and Lana Parilla's Regina from the show. They were physically barely similar, and I felt none of the warmth I typically feel for villians like Regina. She was one dimentional at best.

Flew through it, pretty short, not the best story but it was interesting at least
