The Indigo King (2008) - Plot & Excerpts

The Indigo King by James A.Owens This book is about three scholars going on an adventure to a fantasy-based world where myths, legends and history all come back to here. When their fellow friend walks into a door through time, they soon face the results oft.Now that both two worlds are in danger, they go through time to find a way to stop it.But soon they face an old enemy who wants revenge on them, they investigate a question that was asked long ago:Who is the Cartographer?Through time ,they find clues in finding the answer and preventing darkness in both worlds. I chose this book because it was the third and possibly the final book of the series as well as it was an amazing book from when I read the hook of the book. I read this book not only because it is the third and final book of the series but it is an amazing book to read through your life. I would recommend this book to anyone who read the other two book but if not, they should read the first book "Here,There be Dragons" Also, to anyone who likes to read book from that author, James A.Owens. I think I would have given this book a 3.5 if that were possible. Since it was not I moved it up to 4 stars because it was better than a 3 star book. This was book 3 in the Imaginarium Geographica series and my least favorite so far. Having said that, I still really enjoyed it. I can't compare this book to the first 2 books in the series because it strays from the usual trend; of the caretakers being taken to the Archipelago of Dreams to save the world. The usual character move in and out of time throughout this book via a magical projector. Each time they have the chance to change the past or the future and need to decide the best course to take. There are some funny scenes, new characters and a few old ones as well. There are also characters that I missed and am, therefore, hoping to read about them in the next book.
