This story potential. The concept of the Truth or Dare poker games for the series. The big, bulky, conservative accountant who finds himself in love with pale, slender pretty identical twins who have a "wild" history.I think firstly, it is hurt by relying too much on the previous story for background. This is its own book, it should set its own scene, be complete in its own right. I found the family confusing and none of the characters were ever adequately introduced.Secondly, Terry sees the twins. The twins see his acceptance. They are in love. And most of the rest of the book is drama regarding how they get together. And the poker game is just a tiny part, barely relevant. I thought it would be something where he would be required to respond truthfully to any question for a month... but no... he's just asked to reveal something, and it really isn't that big of a deal. Then there is brother drama and ex drama. The twins have a history that is less of a big deal that it is made to be. There's just not much substance, not much depth, not much sex, not much anything to this story. What could be better than a good cup of hot chocolate on a cold winter night? A good cup of hot chocolate, a warm cozy blanket,and the second book in Lee Brazil's truth or dare series,Telling the Truth. At this point if you havent read the first,Keeping House,I suggest you do that now.Telling the truth picks up at Misha Blake's party. Misha's brother Terry,the main character in this book,becames very interested in two of his brother's guests,Dex and Trick,twin brothers that have a very affectionate relationship. Terry realizes that he has feelings for these two . Its a very hot fantacy.Lee,has a knack with creating such steamy hot,sexy,but beleivably ralistic love stories. Yes this is much more than just hot and steamy sex! The story touches on deep ,strong feeliings. Lee has the talent to pull you into the character. Not just the main character but all the characters. You feel Terry's desire,love,and struggles with coming to terms with his newly discovered sexuality. You also feel Dex and Trick,s,love and hurt and worry that, having a relationship with Terry could destroy not only Terry's reputation,but their friendship with Misha.So curl up with ths book,your cocoa, soft warm blanket and settle in for a long hot night. You will not want to put this book down till your done!
