Monster High: Back And Deader Than Ever (2012) - Plot & Excerpts

I personally liked this book a lot. I think the conflicts and story are very detailed and deep. You don’t just read the emotions and feelings, you feel them yourself( or at least I did). It was very easy to picture in my head. Its a great book to get lost in. The main settings are (1) Salem, Oregon (the city where everything takes place) (2) at Merston High, the school all the characters go to. (3) Frankie Stein’s house which has a waterfall in the back. (4) Melody Carver’s house, a log cabbiny, roasting hot house that has a Beverly Hills twist( that's where her and her family moved from). Main Characters: Frankie Stein is the granddaughter of Victor Frankenstein, she is 15 days old, perky, bubbly, and a enthusiastic high school girl learning the ups and downs of life…the hard way. Melody Carver just moved to Salem, Oregon, she is shy, quiet, and has an annoying older sister who’s open, loud, and flashy. Candace is her name. The main conflict is that all the monsters are being forced into hiding and have been for centuries. Then one night at the school’s dance, Frankie’s head falls off in front of all the normies( that's what the monsters call humans). Then all the monsters start running away. The conflict dosen’t get resolved until the fourth and final book. I would recommend this book to others, people who like fantasy, love, comedy, detailed work, and a I’m-obsessed-with-this-book kind of reader. I’d recommend this because its a great book to read, very detailed, and the author really reflects the characters feelings, emotions, and problems. I think this is just a good book.
