This book I loved from the beginning to the end.I liked the connection to the first book when Jaden saw Lyra and felt the connection immediately. The mark of a good author to allow nothing on the pages of her book that don't have a reason for being there!Again time was taken growing these characters into our hearts and it showed. The story was necessary for them to become the hero and heroine.Nice twists and turns, and even though the crumbs to the real bad guy were left for us to follow... It was still great to follow the trail!!!Loved it!!!! I loved this book so much!! Great pace, world building and excellent characters. Jaden and Lyra are an amazing combo. Each one with different personality but they complement each other. The humor between them and the teasing back and forth was a pleasure to read. What I loved the most was that it mixed vampires and wolves. When it's well done this can only give an amazing paranormal book. All the cultural difference and struggle to get what's best for Lyra and her pack, it was so well written that you don't want to miss a bit when you start this book. We also see a glimpse of the new life Tyran and Lily have now. I have to say, I love this new Ty, more relaxed and always teasing his old friend, made me giggle, just like some of Jaden's reaction to what he felt for Lyra and how new it all was to him, despite all the years. He is so sweet, gentle and patience all of this necessary when it comes to Lyra. On top of that, he has a sense of humor, perfect! I was completely hooked to this book from start to finish, plus some shocking events that I didn't see coming. This was a pleasure to read. I just wish there were more books for Jaden and Lyra, the ending was perfect but they have so much ahead of them that I wish I could have another book with them. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a good paranormal story with a good deal of scheme, powerful characters and of course, romance.
