It was ok. It dragged. All that sexual teasing and thoughts of revenge were getting a little monotonous and dull. Honestly, I did skip a bit. Nonetheless, I finished the book. I was glad to see the brothers, Cadeon and Rydstrom, put their differences aside so that they may destroy the evil tyrant, Omort. Then, there is Rydstrom's love interest, Sabine, who was not a total byatch. Being with the orphan boy, Puck, showed her softer side. Typically, in a long series like this, there's one book you don't care for, and this is that book for me. I pretty much hate Sabina. Even her interactions with Puck couldn't make me like her, and usually that sort of thing works on me. I liked Rydstrom when I met him in the Talisman High, but since them, he's come across as a total d!ck. He's terrible to Cade and throughout the whole book it's like "Cade's a loser and failure and he lost me my kingdom and I hate him." He totally deserves a terrible woman like Sabina. I hope I don't have to see a lot of them in future books.
What do You think about Kiss Of A Demon King (2009)?
I read this in one sitting late at night and skimmed some of it, so it's a little hard to put my thoughts together on it. The relationship itself was very problematic, and honestly the only reasons I accepted them working out at the end was that they truly saw themselves as fated and Sabine enjoyed and respected power plays; there didn't seem to be much of a healthy basis for their relationship laid throughout the book, comparatively. It was funny at times, however, and I rather enjoyed Sabine and her sister Lanthe's relationship.

I was excited about this one through the details that were hinted in the previous part, I am glad I wasn't disappointed.This part had some pretty good characters and I love it when a book introduces amazing characters and works on showing their developments. Maybe some things could be changed but overall, this was an exciting read that doesn't fall behind the rest of the good parts in this series.
