Overview

Dakota Morgan lives alone on a limited income while her husband spends his last days in a nursing facility. She is a woman of great passion and feels that she has never known the great love she so longs for. On a rainy night she meets the man of her dreams while standing over a bin of orange peppers and together they build an unbelievable life together. It is a story of love, passion and success after the age when society decides it's over. A story of inspiration, laughter and tears. It is really the story of a family, but one held together by the strength of one woman and the men she chooses to love.

About the Author

Barbara Parsons lives in Spokane Washington. An avid reader since the age of five she found it hard to find books that held her attention and wanted to write her own. A love of literature and romance, especially historical romance compelled her to study writing and history. Being the family story teller came easily, but actually writing didnÊt happen until a family member presented her with a computer.

Calling herself the Grandma Moses of literature she now spends most of her time writing or researching for a new book.

Her six children and many grandchildren fill her personal life and add much new material for future books.
